Términos y Condiciones Generales
Los presentes Términos y Condiciones regulan la contratación de servicios hoteleros ofrecidos bajo la marca comercial LM Hoteles (u operados por COSU S.A., CUIT 30-718651151-0, con domicilio legal en Esmeralda 1061, Departamento 501, CABA, en adelante «el Hotel»), y la relación con el huésped o pasajero, en adelante «el Cliente».
2. Cláusula de Responsabilidad (Sección A)
A) Responsabilidad
COSU S.A. (a través de su marca LM Hoteles) será responsable exclusivamente por los servicios hoteleros prestados directamente en sus establecimientos.
El Hotel no será responsable por hechos derivados de caso fortuito o fuerza mayor… (el resto del texto queda igual).
En ningún caso COSU S.A. o LM Hoteles responderán por daños indirectos, lucro cesante o perjuicios consecuenciales.
3. Cláusula de Equipaje (Sección G)
G) Equipaje
COSU S.A. y LM Hoteles no se responsabilizan por pérdida, deterioro, hurto o extravío de equipaje u objetos personales dentro de las instalaciones, salvo que exista responsabilidad directa comprobada del Hotel
General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the engagement of hotel services offered under the trade name LM Hoteles (or operated by COSU S.A., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-718651151-0, with legal domicile at Esmeralda 1061, Suite 501, Buenos Aires City, hereinafter «the Hotel»), and the relationship with the guest or passenger, hereinafter «the Client.»
2. Liability Clause (Section A)
A) Liability
COSU S.A. (through its trade name LM Hoteles) shall be liable exclusively for hotel services provided directly at its establishments.
The Hotel shall not be liable for events arising from acts of God or force majeure… (remainder of text unchanged).
In no event shall COSU S.A. or LM Hoteles be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses.
3. Luggage Clause (Section G)
G) Luggage
COSU S.A. and LM Hoteles shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of luggage or personal belongings within the premises, unless direct and proven liability on the part of the Hotel is established
